Ken & Kathy wish to welcome you to Herron's if this is your first visit or welcome back if you have been to see us in the past.  We look forward to working with you on any project that you may have and to the opportunity to get to know you more as our neighbor and a friend rather than as a client.

Herron's has been a part of the community for the past 11 years when Ken and Kathy first moved here from Kincardine, Ontario, and opened their shop for business just south of St. Charles. 

 

As a true family-run business, you can be sure you will see one or both of them every time you visit with Ken actively working hands-on with the motors, etc. and Kathy taking care of the office and accounting with them both sharing in the responsibility of the family farm which they also manage together.

Ken brings a wealth of knowledge to the business with over 30 years of experience with all engines and has the following certifications through the government;

Certified Small Engine Mechanic Since Mar 93

Marine and Small Powered Equipment Mechanic Since Jan 96

Boat Motor Certified Since Jan 96

​

Kathy has a background in the accounting and bookkeeping field and takes care of all aspects of the office as well as the ordering payroll etc. 

​

Rounding out the team is Cliff Bignell who also brings a wealth of knowledge to the operation with over 5 years of experience working directly with us here at Herron's.  We have also just recently added to the team our young apprentice Kyle Ervick and an industry expert Ray Cayen with many years of experience working with Heavy Equipment.  We are looking forward to having them both develop in this business that we all love so much.
